I had the exact same thing happen to a span tag in a comment...I just don't remember where. It involved Sara in some way, though. Either Sara is broken, or LJ is no longer supporting teh span tag in comments.
Also, I forgive you -- while you are alive -- for spoiling 12K. Because that's what Youko would do. Except she would do it with a unicorn.
