On the strength of love for the couple alone, it would have to be Masa x Kai ALWAYS. But the Kizuna OVAs are not the stuff of favorites.
See, I watched the Kizuna OVA ~13 years ago, but not a single detail remains in my memory. Probably because of that, anytime someone talks about liking the series, it slides right off my brain without sticking. It just doesn't compute.
